WYSIWYG doesn't work with 1.31

CologneBlue & Modern Skins seem to be absent from 1.31

hhhmmm... the regular "edit page" links & such seem to be missing...

• wrap "?title=" & "&action=edit" around the title in the address bar to edit a page
• also remove the "/" at the start of the title

Same with user preferences...

Apparently... the missing shit is because MonoBook blows chunks...
