Just as a quick example using pfSense...

Assigning port 80 to CertGetter

  • Select Firewall / NAT
  • Disable any existing port 80 redirect by clicking on the little blue checkmark on its line
  • Scroll way down & click one of the Add buttons
  • Select HTTP in the Destination port range boxes
  • Put this machines address in the Redirect target IP box
  • Select HTTP in the Redirect target port box
  • Hit the Save button
  • Hit the Apply Changes button

Disconnecting CertGetter from port 80

  • Select Firewall / NAT
  • Disable CertGetters port 80 redirect by clicking on the little blue checkmark on its line
  • Re-enable any pre-existing port 80 redirect by clicking on the (greyed-out) little blue checkmark on its line
  • Hit the Apply Changes button
